If you just need the letter of compliance, you can download this letter to provide to the fund you are transferring from or to your employer, as a confirmation that smartMonday is a complying superannuation fund under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993.

Members simply need to download and complete the Choice of Fund form and insert your name, smartMonday member number and Product details.

Then send the form to your new employer
