  • your account balance has reached $6,000; and
  • you are aged 25 years or more.


  • Your smartMonday account balance is insufficient to support the monthly deduction of insurance costs. The balance you maintain will depend on the cost of your insurance, which can vary on a number of factors such as your age, occupation, and any special loadings you may have. We’ll contact you before cancelling any insurance cover in your account.
  • Your smartMonday account becomes ‘inactive’ which means it has not received any contributions for 16 consecutive months (unless you have made a written election to keep your cover).
  • It has ceased for other reasons as set out in the relevant Insurance guide. We’ll contact you before cancelling any insurance cover in your account
